These terms explain how PrimeVPN digital VPN subscription access may be used.
Service
PrimeVPN provides prepaid digital VPN subscription access. Access details are supplied online after account activation or purchase through an approved PrimeVPN channel.
Digital Delivery
PrimeVPN is delivered digitally through account access. No physical product is shipped. Customers are responsible for using the correct login details and supported app/configuration.
Acceptable Use
Customers must use the service lawfully and responsibly. Accounts may not be used for fraud, abuse, spam, attacks, illegal activity, or activity that harms the service or other users.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for keeping their account details safe. Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if the account is misused or violates these terms.
Payments & Resellers
PrimeVPN's PayFast merchant account is used only for payments owed to PrimeVPN for PrimeVPN digital VPN subscription/access packages. PrimeVPN does not collect funds on behalf of resellers or third parties through its PayFast merchant account.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Digital access may be non-refundable once used, except where a valid refund request is approved.
