Approved resellers may purchase PrimeVPN access/slot packages in bulk from PrimeVPN and use them to activate customer accounts within the PrimeVPN system.
Support & Account Management
PrimeVPN provides digital account management, expiry control, renewal support, and service assistance for active PrimeVPN accounts.
No Standalone Software Solutions
PrimeVPN does not offer standalone software development or unrelated software solutions. The service being offered is digital VPN subscription access.
PayFast Use
PrimeVPN's PayFast merchant account is used only for PrimeVPN's own digital VPN subscription/access packages. No funds are collected on behalf of resellers or third parties through PrimeVPN's PayFast merchant account.
