Reseller Trial Privileges

Payment Orders & Recovery
Automatic PayFast ITN credit is the normal path. If PayFast shows an order as COMPLETE but its slots were not credited, use Manual Release only after checking the exact pf_payment_id in your PayFast dashboard. The same order cannot be credited twice.
Publish Announcement
Announcements appear prominently on every reseller login and page. Resellers may press OK to snooze a notice for 3 minutes; it then returns until it expires or you disable it.

Connection Catalog Draft
Backend-driven networks and VPN endpoints. The Xray JSON is the real server: its outbound host/address decides which VPS the customer uses.
There is no separate Server object in catalog v2. Create one endpoint/profile per real Xray JSON. For three Silo Unlimited servers, create three endpoints under the Silo Unlimited network, each with its own JSON/config reference and VPS host.
Disable is reversible. Delete Permanently removes admin-created catalog rows and unshared dynamic endpoint JSON files from this VPS draft. Published snapshots remain available for rollback.
Networks / ISPs
Customer-facing network choices. Disabled networks are hidden from the app.
VPN Endpoints / Servers
One endpoint equals one real Xray JSON/VPS. The JSON is stored on this API server as xray_config_<config_ref>_template.json.
Payload Profiles
Admin-only. Assign a payload profile to an endpoint and PrimeVPN enables the existing payload injector automatically. Payload secrets stay out of the public catalog and are delivered only as encrypted authenticated runtime data.
Config Cache Control
Control verified VPN config/runtime cache independently from Android app updates.

PrimeVPN App APK Updates
Upload the signed production APK here. Newer PrimeVPN clients can check this public update feed before login and while connected to the VPN.
Force App Update / Version Gate
This is the real server-side API gate. Saving here takes effect immediately; no .env edit or PM2 restart is required.

Known device versions and currently active API sessions. This is an estimate based on devices that have contacted the API.

Security Alerts
Persistent compromise/tamper incidents. Client-detected root/instrumentation is quarantined and runtime trust is revoked; server-confirmed signed attacks may be hard-banned.
Resolve moves an alert out of Open but keeps it under All/Resolved. Delete permanently removes alert records; it never unbans a device or reactivates an account. Admin deletion is recorded in Activity Logs.

Session Diagnostics
Why logins are rejected or sessions are lost. Server-side errors appear even when the app cannot report; detailed Android reports require the updated APK. No passwords or session tokens are stored here.

Ban a raw device ID / PRIME tag and kick active sessions using it.
Unban Lookup
Resolve by account code, device ID/tag, or stored hash.

Search current banned-device hashes and enrichment from recent sessions/devices.
Activity Logs
Server-side evidence of Admin and Reseller activity. Passwords, API keys, session tokens and VPN config secrets are redacted.
Audit
Paste an account username/code, reseller ID, or reseller key. The existing audit helper decides the match type.
Create Dispute
This backend exposes dispute creation but not a dispute listing endpoint, so this page keeps exactly that supported capability.
